The stigma that many young adults hold against 'youth groups'. In a time where mental health is a serious issue among our nations young population, DeMolay exists to build each other up and work together towards becoming better people. We know that leadership, tolerance and respect are timeless qualities that are cool in any time period. By emphasizing respect for others, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to helping the community, DeMolay creates an environment where every young man can succeed and grow.
DeMolays take part in a wide-range of activities, from athletic competitions, to public speaking tournaments, to community service events. All activities are guided by the interests of the local chapter. If you can dream it, you can do it in DeMolay.
However, words are insufficient to describe DeMolay; it must be experienced. Give it a chance and we know you will discover what we already know; DeMolay is the greatest club in the world.
FRIENDSHIP
DeMolay is a network of individuals who are unique in their own ways. We have members who play sports, who participate in robotics competitions, and those who love to play video games. By connecting these groups together DeMolay encourages growth and the development of friendships that can last a lifetime. Whether it be through helping the community, visiting another DeMolay "Chapter" or if it's just hanging out after a meeting, DeMolay makes friendship a primary focus everywhere we go, and in everything that we do.
DEVELOPMENT
At the heart of our program, DeMolay is dedicated to training the youth of today to be the leaders of tomorrow. DeMolay offers an unparalleled program of advancement where the members can determine THEIR involvement. Members can be the President of the local "Chapter," go on to serve as the President of all DeMolay operations in the province, or just have fun! Regardless of how each member chooses to pursue their journey, DeMolay develops confidence and the tangible skills needed to succeed in today's world.
FAMILY
Being in DeMolay is a family, and it goes so much farther than just you. Almost all of our members come back when they are adults with their own sons, and the legacy continues. DeMolay members have an entire network of current and past members that care about their success, and we work to unite current members with Alumni every chance that we get. Through good times and bad, DeMolay is a family and you will never be without yours anywhere in the world.

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
A DeMolay is:
A young man who is between the ages of 12 and 21 years.
A young man who holds good moral standards .
A young man who attends his meetings and contributes however possible.
A young man who is prepared to take on leadership roles.
A young man who believes in a Supreme Being (all faiths welcome).
A young man who learns how to be a better citizen, thereby providing a better world of tomorrow.
SAFETY FIRST, ALWAYS.
EVERYONE that interacts with our members has been through a rigorous safety course and Background Check to ensure that those who work with our youth are the best possible. There is repeated training every year to ensure that we are up-to-date on our knowledge of safety. The best part: many of our Advisors are parents of our membership! One of our morals is family, and we build a learning culture together. Don't just watch your son grow… experience it together.
